General characteristics:

Heading and notes:	Form number T.G. 41A. Changed in 1972 to TX 41A. AUSTRALIAN POST OFFICE in reverse printed box.
Message area:	4 widely spaced lines.
Reverse side:	Blank.
Colours (text & form):	Black on various paper colours and shades.
Size of form overall:	127 × 203 mm.

Distinctive characteristics of this form:

has separate box for "State" within TO box;
paper colour variations were due to difficulties in the supply of appropriate paper;
the main distinctions amongst the varieties are:
15A: light brown paper and the schedule number is in the left corner;
15B: schedule number is under CASH REGISTER; one line for Sender details;
15C: schedule number is under CASH REGISTER; two lines for Sender details;
15D: schedule number moved to lower right corner but Form number is still under STAMPS;
15E: form number T.G. 41A moved to top right corner and the Schedule number is still in the lower right corner;
15F: form number changed to T.X. 41A.

Urgent Rate delivery forms appear to have been discontinued after the last printing in 1947 in favour of Urgent labels applied to ordinary rate delivery forms.

These Urgent Rate transmission forms were not, however, discontinued until after the last printing in 1974 (see announcement).

Characteristics: Form number changed to T.X. 41A; T of "The Address" is below C of BLOCK (as for TU-15E). Shows part of the $3.24 franking paid in three different stamps. Very rare with franking.
